目的：在测试环境通过manager24.0.2将doris2.1.2升级到2.1.6。
现状：服务器有如下4层目录结构，空间足够：
/ 根目录
/app 应用软件安装目录
/app/doris doris用户的home目录
/app/doris/doris-2.1.2 doris软件安装目录，启停操作使用doris用户
/app/doris/doris-manager-24.0.2-x64-bin manager软件安装目录，启停操作使用root用户
/meta_data be数据存储目录，配置在be.conf
/rdw_data fe数据存储目录，配置在fe.conf
Doris-Manager版本是24.0.2-x64
Linux操作系统版本我有多个，一个是Redhat7.8，一个是Redhat8.9
问题：在通过Manager升级Doris过程中，在“备份数据”这一步报错，日志提示如下：

manager和agent都使用root启用，在/目录下创建storage_root_path为什么会没权限。
需要怎么操作。
之前在这里提了问题，也没解决掉，我重新换了套环境尝试。
