doris从2.1.0升级到2.1.6以后，有如下建表语句

但是在执行以下语句：

报错：

请问是什么原因导致的？
2、另外，请问下，如果添加3个be，其中2个be的可用内存有20G，而其中1个be的可用内存只有2.5G，这样子会影响查询速度吗？如果有一个查询被丢到了2.5G这个节点去执行，会不会有问题？
